It is our vision to make personality awareness a key life skill accessible to all in the as holistic way as possible. We do so by striving to achieve highest ethical and professional standards.
It has also been our endeavour to provide sound standardised personality offerings researched within the cultural context of India, through studies done strictly with Indian samples. This makes us one of the few, if not the only one, to offer such focussed and culturally attuned personality solution.
People
Shirshendu Pandey
Shirshendu Pandey is the author of Spectrum Personality Survey. He is a psychometrist, coach, leadership facilitator and OD consultant with experience in use of a number of psychometric tools in various settings. SPS is a product of his 8-year long research into personality and extra personality concepts.
He is a Certified Management Coach and is qualified in the use of FIRO-B®, Strong Interest Inventory®, MBTI®, Saville Assessments® and EQ-i 2.0®. He has published scientific research papers on leadership, personality and use of psychometric tools in coaching context.
